Scott’s passion for working with computers started at the age of 7 when he received his first TI-99/4A Home Computer. He spent many hours going through the Beginner’s BASIC manual learning how to write simple programs in an effort to better understand the technology.
Throughout his teens and early 20’s he had owned both Commodore 64’s and IBM PC computers, and taught himself how to diagnose and repair a variety of software and hardware issues
His expertise lead to his first professional position teaching computer classes at the age of 24, providing instruction for both software classes and PC-build & diagnosis classes, while fixing computers for his students on the side.
From 2006 to 2018 Scott had worked for an international corporation in a Desktop Support II position, providing PC and Mac support to executives and employees in many countries, earning outstanding accolades for his attention to detail, his integrity, and his ability to troubleshoot difficult and unusual problems.
In recent years, Scott has expanded his expertise to include specialized skills in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune administration, and other advanced IT technologies.
